Harbor Star also deployed 1.2 kilometers of oil booms to barricade and to protect the fish sanctuary in the area.
Harbor Star also responded to the sinking of the passenger and cargo vessel "Princess of the Stars" when it capsized along the coast of Sibuyan Island, Romblon when it sailed during the height of Typhoon Frank.
